33 Did You Have an Out-of-Body Experience at the Office?
Lately, I have been on a quest to get up earlier than usual to begin a new morning routine of prayer, meditation, mindset work, and a little bit of yoga. But the brain, being my brain, is doing its best to keep me on my usual routine of staying in bed, although half-awake until the alarm goes off.
Changing your emotional routine is just as challenging.
When you’ve been in relationships that have made you second guess yourself, hide the truth of who you were, play small, work three times as hard to prove that you were worthy of the love and respect that you desired, even when you get out of that situation, that energy stays with you.
